Comfortable beds, spacious rooms with great amenities, including air conditioning and flat-screen TVs, made our visit enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center for easy access to snacks and drinks.

I stayed in the King Room with Pool View for 2 nights and was impressed by how immaculate everything was. The pools were gorgeous, perfect for relaxing under the sun. Plus, the staff went above and beyond

Friendly staff and large family room size.

the noise from the main road was kinda annoying, but the pools were just stunning and the staff were super helpful. loved the huge room with a lovely pool view too.

The pool area was fantastic! We really enjoyed spending time there with the kids, and the landscaping made it feel like a tropical escape. Having a clean family room with a lovely view over the pool was a definite highlight of our stay.

For dads, it would be great to have more shaded areas.

Perfect getaway for families!

We loved the lap pool for the kids and the splash zone was super fun. Rooms were tidy, and cleaning staff was on point every day. The Raintrees Shopping Centre close by was handy, especially for snacks. Just a heads up, some rooms near the highway can get a bit noisy at night.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The pool area was a highlight, and we loved that the room had tea/coffee making facilities. We checked out the Cultural Place and Reef Fleet Terminal, which are must-visits. Staff were really helpful, and parking was ample and easy to find.

One downside was the air conditioning, which was quite noisy and seemed old. It affected our sleep quality a bit, but overall, it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

The property's overall maintenance appeared overlooked, as tired carpeting and dingy hallways contributed to an uninviting environment.

Just a good pick for a momentary visit in Cairns with outstanding value for money. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help with parking. Avoid rooms near the road if you can.
